Barefoot Landing Resort Marina

Last evening a storm front went through the area and provided a spectacular sky full of lightning and we experienced some heavy gusts.   It lasted only briefly and we woke up to a beautiful day.   Mostly calm but winds did start up again early afternoon.

There's a rumor going around that
Ken and Janet have been spending
an awful lot of time at
Martin's Golf Store.
Could new golf clubs be
in their future?

Well Glenn  had the fun duty today of driving a van full of women to the Tanger Outlet Mall.   Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures because the women didn't want to be seen carrying all their packages.   From what I understand, Donna did the most shopping in the least amount of time;  Karen had the biggest bag and Ruth had the smallest bag.

Shopper's waiting for their transportation.

Ruth and Glenn have a snack at
Tanger's Outlet while others are shop.

Karen, Pat, Donna and Bill
had a highly contested Putt Putt contest at

Hawaiian Rumble Golf.
Karen with her trusted putter, was the big winner.

The Teuberts and Plantins went golfing at the Greg Norman course at Barefoot Landing.
It was very challenging and scenic with five holes bordering the Intercoastal Waterway.
Lots of sands trap and waste bunkers.

Nancy and Kenny
birdied the same Par 3 hole.

Barefoot Resort Marina has wonderful amenities.

We enjoyed a group dinner at Umberto's at Barefoot Landing
