MAY 9

DAY 2

River Dunes Yacht Club
to
Dowry Creek Marina

Fun Facts about George Washington

He received all the 69 electoral votes cast and became the only President to be elected unanimously. Washington was one of two Presidents to sign the U.S. Constitution.

With predictions of increasing seas, most boats left early including Snowdrift which left their Fairfield Harbour dock at 6:35 am.    And despite this, they arrived first at Dowry Creek in 3 hours 15 minutes.   Everyone is here except Cameo who has elected to anchor out tonight.

Docking is always an adventure as these pictures show:

The only good thing about
docking
is that when it's done

it's time for a
safe arrival beer!
