US Coast Guard Auxiliary Safety Check.
Six members of FHYC are willing to give your boat a courtesy inspection and if the vessel meets all federal and state requirements you will be issued a sticker. No citations or reports are issued but you are making sure your vessel is safe to be out on the water. Before inviting one of these gentlemen aboard please visit www. US Coast Guard Auxiliary and check out “Get vessel safety check” There you will find a list of the main things that will be checked.
Be ready before calling one of these willing volunteers. Phone numbers are if the FH Directory and the FHYC Handbook.

Harry Wild, George Maravelas, Ed Wagner, Dick Hallberg, Ed Jacunski or Lloyd Moore.
Our appreciation to these gentlemen for being willing to keep us all safe.
Olwen Jarvis,
Commodore
